Bedroom doorway is 75cm wide.
Bed height is 61cm; the bed can be repositioned for a minimum 75cm clearance on one side.
Wardrobe opening is 70cm, with the clothes rail set at 160cm.
Kitchen counter is 92cm high with no knee clearance underneath. Oven controls are front-mounted; hob controls are top-mounted.
Dining furniture is freestanding and can be rearranged to widen the route through the room if needed.
En-suite bathroom has a sliding door (75cm) with no threshold. The shower is step-free with a 2.5cm threshold and a 49cm-wide entrance. Toilet seat height is 45cm. There are currently no grab bars or a shower seat fitted, and the bathroom turning space is limited. Sink is 87cm high with no knee clearance.
